Teenage girl missing from Panania, police appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south west.

Fiona Manthos, aged 14, was last seen at a home on Thompson Road, Panania, about 3.45pm on Sunday 14 May 2023.

When she could not be located, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Fiona is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of slim build, with long brown hair in a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing black pants, a white t-shirt, black jacket, white Nike sneakers and a black backpack.
